Shipping & Returns

Shipping

KINHOUSE ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping options will be available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your KINHOUSE products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopkinhouse.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges
